Emmanuel offers services of Word and  Sacrament to different levels of care facilities.

Lahser Hills Care center in Southfield: Emmanuel brings worship to the resident at Lahser Hill care center every last Sunday of the month at 2:00pm.

Autumn house Blomfield hills:  Emmanuel leads ecumenical worship services to the residents every third Sunday of the month at 1:30pm.
